@DVLAgovuk Tried to tax a vehicle again and received this message on system "this vehicle is not eligible for direct debit".. so frustrating when direct debit is our only option

My orders from iFruit app are processing and say they are available, but when I drive my desired car into LS Customs the order isn't there. I've cleared cache so I don't understand, already submitted a ticket with no response aswell
