always ignore provoking spirits. they want to create issues with you, poke for a reaction and make you be something that you’re not. you lash out and then they flip the script to play the victim.
The way people respond to a bubbly personality really concerns me. Ever since I was a kid I noticed how people try to break your spirit when you’re too nice, too happy, too outgoing, too friendly. People that wanna know why you’re so gung-ho are unwell and are out to get you
Being sweet, good natured, honest, positive is great but strong boundaries and discernment must follow. People see those qualities in you and assume you must be naive or unassuming. I really shock people the way I’m able to detach and move on.
also i’ve realised that you should take maximum one or two things completely, insanely seriously and be lighthearted about everything else, let things roll off your back
Keith Lee tells Keke Palmer how important respect in his marriage is, explaining that he’ll only have more kids if his wife wants to because she’s the one who carries them 👀
“I’m done when she’s done… If she want 30 of them, we gonna have 30 of them… I’m not the one carrying them, that’s not my body going through the before, after effects.”
Random but Peak girlhood is flipping through a magazines or watching a music video with your friends going “I’m her!” Everytime a pretty black girl hit the screen iykyk 😂
Date ppl who are gentle with you bc love is ethical before it is emotional. That part gets skipped a lot. Attraction & chemistry can be loud but even trauma has chemistry too.
