@scepticbeliever @DrProudman So just read it - rape is an allegation at this point (he was charged but not concluded)- he lived with a child for 8 years - plus child was subject of care proceedings so he only applied to support a child - mother clearly cannot cope. Regardless nothing has been decided yet
