This is such a heart warming share. Made my day, really. In this competitive, intense world these sweet gestures go a long way. You are never too old for kindness.
My students all have their Positive Potatoes, and all of them died of cute (there was some squealing involved, and a few โyou made all of these?!?!โ shrieks). Iโd say 3 weeks of evening effort well-spentโฆ (1/2)
I am SO excited to share that I have accepted a research/teaching post-doc at @StonyBrookMed ! I am over the moon (and sun - eclipse joke) to return to the mid-atlantic and collab with some of world's finest archosaur experts. Go Seawolves! (What is a seawolf? Is it aquatic?)
The rumors are true! I successfully defended my
PhD on 4/5 with only very minor corrections. Also there was an east coast earthquake that caused a ruckus on the zoom during my defense! The last "major" east coast EQ hit during my 1st job orientation after my first PhD!
Congratulations to Dr. Dr. Andy Grand Pre @CrocJock80, my incredible friend and now FORMER student - just defended his *second* PhD last Friday on the #CrocAgenda! So proud!! And in a month, heโs going to @StonyBrookMed to do a postdoc on MORE CROC THINGS! ๐
@Kairo_Anatomika all pro strongmen, esp. best on earth (pictured), have body fat percentages in the elite category. They look "fat" because strongmen have insane abdominal hypertrophy. It's our narrow view of athletic bodies that makes us think they look "fat".
One of our most extensive work has been accepted for publication!! ๐๐ทhttps://t.co/bhjQOL9fnf
New descriptions, pictures and reconstructions of the pelvis of the amazing aquatic crocs: Thalattosuchia & Dyrosauridae!!
