This was my second Atherton, I returned the other with the same fault, yet it could have been the same simple fix.
So, is it worth adding some to the instructions, or improving the design so that the cable is properly guided away from the diffuser?

@DimplexUK can I just say how helpful the young man on your helpline was yesterday. Had an issue with an Atherton not doing the smoke effect. He guided me to the power cable on the diffuser interfering with it.
A simple fix thank goodness as I was about to return it. Continued…
