With the Supreme Court upholding the principle that a pregnant Nicaraguan can illegally cross the border, have a baby in El Paso, and that child is legally considered just as American as you or me, the only viable option left to us is to completely close our borders and end all immigration to the United States.
>Stop issuing visas to Chinese spies to fly to America, give birth to paperwork Americans, and then fly them back home to be indoctrinated by the CCP into becoming Manchurian candidates.
>Stop granting asylum or refugee claims (which Trump is already thankfully doing).
>Stop letting companies mass import H-1Bs from India.
>Stop allowing any pregnant women from entering the country at all.
>Ban all immigration from Africa, the Middle East, South Asia, and Latin America.
>Double ICE’s budget. Then double it again.
>Quadruple the number of ICE agents and do not allow for any sob stories from illegals or insane cases of main character syndrome from mentally ill libtards to derail the mission of deporting every single illegal from the country.
We have to do all of this because the Supreme Court has closed off the only other normal path to us having a country. There’s no alternative. If the entire world can become an American by virtue of simply setting foot on American soil and having a baby, then we have to physically prevent the entire world from ever being able to set foot on American soil ever again, at least until this ruling gets overturned.
A Constitutional amendment requires 67 Senators, 290 House members, and 38 state legislatures to be enacted.
Tell me, who are the 14 Senate Democrats, 71 House Democrats, and 10 Blue state legislatures that are going to vote with us to pass this amendment?
Democrats hate this country. They want to dissolve this country and hopefully loot as much as they possibly can in the process. They’re celebrating this ruling because they want to make “being an American” open to everyone in the world out of the cynical yet correct belief that open-ended citizenship electorally benefits them.
There is no regard for the common good of this country or the long term prosperity or stability of America within the Democratic Party. There’s only the quest for raw power and the pursuit of a secular theology that preaches that “having a nation” is evil.
There is no possible way Democrats would ever vote with us to abolish Birthright Citizenship. They do not share the metaphysics we do with respect to why having this insane policy is suicidal. They see it as a ticket to power, and they’ll never let it go even if it means eventually destroying the very country they’re seeking to rule.
All the better, actually. “America had it coming,” they’ll say.
Amending the Constitution requires shared moral alignment, and there is no shared moral alignment that exists with a force of civilizational entropy masquerading as a legitimate political movement.
Tomorrow Barrett will publish her argument that a Chinese Communist party member who flies to Guam so he and his wife can deliver their baby, who then take their child to be raised in China, will be eligible to be President of the United states 35 years later
A Trump appointed justice single-handedly upheld birthright citizenship.
No mass deportations, no border wall, no termination of birthright citizenship.
If Republicans can’t or won’t do anything about immigration then why vote for them?
Every single primary candidate running for a Senate or House seat needs to be asked "Will you vote to abolish Hart-Celler"? And if the answer is "No", they should be treated like a RINO who is not welcome in the party.
Every single judicial nominee needs to be asked "Will you overturn birthright citizenship?" and if the answer is "No", they should never be nominated to any judicial vacancy that opens up, let alone to the Supreme Court.
There can be no debate or dissention here. Anyone who wants to water these issues down in any way should be treated no differently than a Republican who supports gun control or wants to raise income taxes.
Ending birthright citizenship has to be the new "you will never rule against us on any gun or abortion-related case" for the Right when it comes to vetting judges.
Ending Hart-Celler has to become the new "you will never vote against us on guns or babies" for the Right when it comes to vetting primary candidates for the House and Senate.
At all times and in all places, there are usually only 3-5 issues that occupy such a lane where no dissent is ever permitted within a party.
For Democrats, that's transgenderism, DEI, open borders, abortion on demand, and infinite welfare spending.
For Republicans, "abolishing Hart-Celler and ending birthright citizenship" must join guns, babies, low taxes, and national defense as the 5th non-negotiable.
>Trump hires woman with black adopted children from Haiti for the supreme court
>MAGA is shocked that she won’t vote against birthright citizenship
this is the problem with the birthright decision because it actually makes policy makers go 10x more aggressive
so now, if we wanna stop people from giving birth here, we have to stop pregnant women from entering in general
early pregnancies are sometimes not detected, but even for those we can detect, are we going to pregnancy test every single individual that comes in?
hey women, welcome to the US, pee on this stick (not always accurate), or get a blood test. if you’re pregnant, come back after you’ve given birth!
so now something that seems insane (more restrictions on birthright citizenship) becomes something that is actually even more prohibitive of women
also, what stops women from, if they really want, bringing a canister of semen and turkey basting themselves during ovulation and injecting it right before they board the flight (can it even travel, idk someone will figure it out i’m sure)
should we stop ovulating women from coming in general? probably safer!
why wouldn’t we just draw the line at all women!
so by allowing this “so-called” win, you potentially might set it back even further for women because of a bunch of different restrictions and policy decisions that could be enacted
idk man, seems bad overall
In case you’re keeping score America is the only country on earth…
With birthright Citizenship
no voter ID
And a MASSIVE social welfare system
Yeah I can’t imagine why we’re in so much trouble
The industrial scale rape and murder of young girls didn’t convince me to hate Muslims, nor did literally every Muslim online trying to downplay theorie crimes whilst mocking us that we’re being replaced
The non-stop terrorist attacks? Nothing. Love those wholesome Muslims!
But this movie depicting a man killing Muslim rapists… this made me hate Muslims… now I get it…
