Hey everyone, we wanted to collectively pass our condolences to @SheldonMenery & his family. Though we didn’t have the pleasure of getting a game in with him he has touched each of our lives in some profound way.

Thank you for everything Sheldon. Rest in Peace, & Fuck Cancer.

So we figured we should update all of you lovely individuals as to what’s going on within CoA.

Good news, we’re not dead!

Bad news, we’re not doing so hot financially, mentally, and creatively.

We still want to create, just more so at our own pace. When we feel we’re ready. What does that mean for the channel? Slow down in content sure, and less interaction while we hibernate.

@Crow_CoA has slowed down experiencing Magic. He still loves the game and the community but he needs to reevaluate his relationship with the game on a financial level. Buying packs/boxes though scratches the serotonin itch it’s irresponsible financially & he needs to ensure that his payment for court (unpaid credit card) is made as well as planning on his proposal to his SO of 10 years.

@Whispering_One is still enjoying things geeky and nerdy. He still plays Magic with his IRL group and more than willing to join a game. Sadly he’s working on dated tech. A MacBook from gosh. 2015? It leaves a lot to be desired. He is hard at work fine tuning a deck he has truly been passionate about and with the help of @PGDHanson it’s been made a reality. So maybe you’ll see that in the near future!

@maechael1916 has been working his ass off… trying to find work. Rents constantly an issue and it’s incredibly frustrating being on the cusp of not knowing that everything is taken care of on the homefront. Definitely does not allow for the creative juices to flow. It’s tough to be excited when you’re just barely eeking your way out. Our hope is that we’re able to get our bearings and start to become monetized (how little it may be) to make him and his families lives just a bit more easy in such a harsh world. Crow is currently working on a video of his Chulane deck. We hope you enjoy it when it eventually does hit our uploads.

We’ve had Twitter Blue for awhile now, first it was a meme, then it turned into a motivator to create and engage, then it was just an afterthought. We’ve canceled it because what we’ve built was done without a blue check mark 😅

We want to thank all of the people within our circle who has consistently had our back and pushed us to be the best version of ourselves. Whatever may happen we could NOT have done it with the wonderful community who is extremely diverse and colorful bunch.

Here’s to you WUBRG Warriors. We’ll see you on your next upkeep.
