Very Slow: Below 4.4m/s or below
Slow: 4.5m/s
Average: 4.6m/s
Fast: 4.7m/s

I think most 4.4s should be raised to 4.5, and some weak killers should be 4.7. I think ghost face should be 4.7. ORRR, this:

@SHADERSOP my idea is that hes an m1 killer who can choose between a few mini abilities to assist him. he gains “rage” charges for chasing and doing any actions and can spend them on a teleport that gives stealth briefly, a break speed+movement speed buff, and maybe exposing survivors
