I feel like I have an obligation to make sure their stories are told, told often and told accurately. Last year, on account of COVID, we let them down.
After being closed down for the entire 2020 season and wondering if I would ever be able to do carriage rides at Andrew Jackson's Hermitage again I want to share with you the emotions I had today after getting back in the drivers seat once again.
It was more emotional then I expected. I wrapped my arms around Sophie and the tears rolled. Horses manes are great tear catchers and dryers!
