in just 3 days everything's a mess again... 😭 I love birds, but there is this bird who is a big picky eater! it's obsessed with sunflower seeds and toss out all the other seeds just to find them... everything is covered in sunflower seed shells and the rest of seeds are just all over the place... at least the other birds are helping me clean it by eating them so i'm happy!

for a really long time I've wanted to start a little bird sanctuary and I've talked about it so so many times, but I always ended up giving up because it took so much patience and got easily discouraged...

with this summer's heatwaves, I decided to take it more seriously than ever so I could give wild birds a safe place along with food and fresh water while they are struggling so much in the heat to find food and water...

...and it finally worked!! I have so many little visitors throughout the day and it's amazing to see how each one has its own routines and food preferences!! also I've never seen Bubu with so many friends, aku!!

I was just cleaning up and tidying their little space right now and it got me thinking about how much work it is (and what a gigantic mess they make despite being so small 😭)

but it's absolutely 100% worth it!! now every day is much louder and more colorful, aku↝!! 🐦🦜🐦‍⬛🩵
