@TMsweet772 Unfortunately, from the reviews they seem to only care about the money and immediately send you off to a third party company. Did not expect this from such a great company. We are diamond members as well @RoyalCaribbean how disappointing

@TMsweet772 It's crazy to see how unwilling they are to help you. Thank you for sharing this as I was considering a cruise wedding myself. Will definitely not be booking with @RoyalCaribbean if they have no interest in making this a special day for the couple and guests.

The wedding company isn't royal carribean, it's a company out of Canada. I should have listened to the horrible reviews. Can someone help me without sending me back to Sandy at the wedding department? I already complained to Michael Bailey who rerouted me back to Sandy.
