Last week out of the blue my #hydra10 from @Portronics burst and smoke came out of it when connected to my laptop. Customer support asked to buy a new one at 15% discount since product was out of warranty. A #firehazard, less than 2 years of usage and 0 empathy from the company
@Portronics Ive DMed the ticket ID. @Portronics when a component burns in your product its no longer a warranty problem its a manufacturing problem especially at the rated voltage drawn from a laptop. I paid nearly 3.7k and in less than 18 months I have to spend another 3k on your website?
No power since 1 AM in Hongasandra Begur Road @NammaBESCOM. Your call center just keeps saying they have informed junior engineer and don't have any further updates. Nearly 2 hrs of power cut when people are supposed to be sleeping and no responsibility to provide updates. Shame!
