What if getting more out of my swing actually meant doing less?

Working with @CrushGoldNH on making my swing more efficient—staying through the ball longer, letting the barrel work, and learning that I don’t have to do more to get more. The goal isn’t just to hit the ball. It’s to drive it with intent and adjust to every pitch.

I’m excited for this weeks lesson and what I’m seeing in the cage, but I’m not satisfied. I want more out of my swing, more out of my at-bats, and more out of myself. Two weeks in, and I’m just getting started. 🥎🔥@JohnBurnham32 @PCNHCoach @DiamondAddicts @LineDsoftball @D1Softball @ExtraInningSB @softballhype @Softball_Home @TopPreps @RecruitMatador @SunilSportsNews @ondecksoftball @PrepSoftball @TOP_D1RECRUITS @SoftbalAmerica @SBRRetweets @tagupSoftball @Topsiswear

A few defensive highlights below from our tourney last weekend. My team went 4-1, coming up short in the championship game… not a bad start since it’s the first time this team has played together! 🥎😎 @CrushPremierNH @PCNHCoach @CrushGoldNH

Softball practice inside-Nor’easter outside-nothing stops us! 🥎 🌧️ Working on some hitting and infielding this week. @JohnBurnham32 @CrushGoldNH @PCNHCoach

Although my scrimmages were canceled, I was still able to get some hitting reps in at the SNHU gym! Also caught for my friend who wanted to get some pitching reps in the other night!

Loved working through infield drills at the Lonni Alameda Camp! I focused on clean footwork, staying low and working through the ball. Hearing Coach Alameda praise my reps made the experience even better!

Putting in Work Behind the Plate 🥎

More reps behind the plate at catching practice! Working on receiving, framing, blocking, and staying strong and quiet through every pitch.

Getting better one rep at a time and always working to improve my game. 🥎💪

GSE Fall Kickoff was a blast!! Came in second going 4-1 with my new team!! Had a good hitting weekend for me hitting a triple, 3 doubles and a few singles!! Plus some great action shots!! Here are the highlights⬇️

[Caroline Rowley 2031 @carolinerow31]

Had a great first tournament! Went 4-1 falling short to a great team in the championship. Caught a lot and also got a chance at 1st with a few hits too. So excited for this season! @graciepowers31 for the dot throw

[Kaydance Pacheco @KPacheco2031]

4-1 on the weekend and finished as runner-up. 🥎

This weekend gave me plenty
to learn from .333 AVG | .467 OBP | .500 SLG with 3 singles and a triple.

But there’s more to this game than a stat line. I took reps at SS, 3B and RF, adjusted to every situation, and stayed locked in on whatever my team needed.

I’ll take the lessons, make the adjustments, and come back sharper.

The goal isn’t to be perfect. It’s to be ready for whatever the game asks of me. 🔒🥎
