He is lucky he filed in Texas as this state doesn't care if the retailer is or isn't the manufacturer with the warranty liability. Most states this wouldn't work.

To help you understand what I'm saying, the amazon Samsung store buys from Samsung and waits in line for their drives likely months or years. They are a separate company and their supply today has nothing to do with a parent companies warranty and they will not likely use their current supply for other companies false promises.

There is no proof its in stock for Samsung. I buys dozens of these and can tell you the way you buy it isn't from the manufacturer and thus they have future delivery contracts to deliver to certain venders. So just because you see it for sale on Amazon, even if under Samsung account, doesn't mean Samsung has it in stock as they are 2 different companies with contracts etc with each other. When buying in bulk you'll see the real price is much more than what its listed on Amazon for per unit.

A Utah judge issued a TRO without both sides and the total views and impressions online of the total internet drama collectively across all platforms IMO is more in the past 2 months than all primetime @CNN and @MSNOWNews during the Iran war period.

Its mind boggling modern media doesnt see the scale of this drama from the statistical situation it is, especially since the Court issuing the TRO claimed nobody being censored would possibly have any financial losses(bond).
