How about y’all trade on another wallet if it’s that annoying I genuinely don’t get it
Instead of writing thesis on something that can’t be fixed
Like nigga you litteraly trade on a socialfi platform whose slogan is to copy traders
Us lil guys with tiny port just sit here watch all the drama unfold and pay the price on coins

[Wizard Of SoHo (🍷,🍷) @wizardofsoho]

This is a huge issue and why I keep saying copy traders are the worst

When I buy a coin I am not usually looking for a 2x. I’ll buy and hold for long if I have conviction… copy traders are blind, they are pre programmed: they are only looking for 2-3x and auto full stack

So when I or a KoL with a lot of copy traders buys there is a cascade up of copy traders … what happens then is the guy who got in first behind is already up 2-3x and starts auto selling. Then sometimes other copy traders have stop outs so they start selling. It’s even worse if coin actually goes higher cuz you gave entry to people who don’t care about the coin at all and when it hits 10-20-100x they full stack auto sell.

For example I bought b money at 20k mcap for $500. It went to 10mm+ and all the way up there were massive copy traders full stacking 25-30k size on intervals on a small cap. I had to end up spending another 35k and buy their sells so as to not ruin the chart. In any other situation I would be realizing that profit but in this situation I only realise losses and others realize profits. On top of that when you sell even a small amount like 0.001% copy traders bought with you full stack. So your 0.00001% sell ends up being a massive dump.

This happens constantly. Copy traders ruin charts and markets and your convictions. It’s the absolute worst thing.

When I was trading my book anonymous I cooked so much more. I am still cooking but it’s harder to win with copy traders.

Very well put
Take some time off focus on what’s important and detach yourself from the whole thing I’m pretty sure 99 percent of ct is where you are

[Glenn🍁 @faah032]

i quit. for good.💔

all i see on ct are people claiming to make 6–7 figures every month, but nobody really talks about people like me.

i’m 19 and made my first $30k in this space around the time trump launched his token. since then, i’ve managed to rinse through that entire $30k

for the past two years, i’ve consistently lost around 5–10 sol every month, money that was supposed to be my allowance for going out and enjoying life. there have even been days when i’ve gone without food because i spent everything gambling on memecoins.

every time i load up, i get a little glimpse of what success could look like. whether it’s fumbling a potential $100k, calling 100x plays or making 10+ sol in a single day, i always find a way to give it all back.

when i’m down, i revenge trade trying to recover my losses. when i’m up, i get carried away, gamble more and oversize positions on absolute slop.

the worst part is that i’ve known these were my problems for over 10 months, yet i’ve done nothing to change my behaviour.

that’s why quitting feels like the smartest decision i can make right now.

i’ve completely lost my sense of the value of money because of this space. i’ve spent the past two years convincing myself that if i just keep going, stay hungry and never give up, eventually i’ll make it.

but sometimes, you need to accept that something isn’t working for you and have the courage to walk away.

the whole narrative about never quitting, staying hungry and grinding until you make it is often pushed by people selling courses and making their money off other people’s dreams.

in the past three days alone, i’ve lost roughly four times the average monthly salary in Canada, yet somehow, i still struggle to tell myself that enough is enough.

i’m not sharing this because i want donations or sympathy. i just wanted to share the perspective of someone who’s spent the past two years trying to make it in this space and ended up losing more than he gained.

not everyone on ct is making money. behind all the screenshots, winning trades and six figure claims, there are people quietly losing everything while trying to find their breakthrough.

sometimes, knowing when to walk away is also a form of winning.

i genuinely hope everyone reading this makes it. ❤️
