Just so everyone knows, all my third-party Twitter apps are broken because of Twitter API antics. That means I can't see my timeline without ads (or chronologically) so I won't be on here often until that's resolved.

Fuck this. Ubisoft's problems are entirely self-inflicted by upper management alone. They have thousands of talented employees and squander that by forcing them to chase trends and run franchises into the ground. The answer isn't 'workers work harder' - it's new leadership.

@BrianMM86 There’s no reason to not use huge pages all the time, but you’ll likely only see a benefit on newer games, correct 🙂

@BrianMM86 They are very different. Huge pages affects how the kernel allocates memory, whereas the proton flag just allows 32 bit applications to use up to 4GB of memory instead of 2GB 🙂

Large address aware will only help in older games, likely using DX9. Huge pages can help everywhere.
