Tesla just updated the Model Y Long Wheelbase’s EPA range.
• 332 miles with the 19" Machina 2.0 Wheels

The Model Y L now officially has a longer range than the standard Model Y Premium AWD.
BREAKING: Uber is cutting 10% of its workforce in its biggest layoffs since COVID as the robotaxi race accelerates.
Uber reportedly plans to spend more than $10 BILLION to compete in autonomous transportation.
Tesla saw this future years ago, and built the car, the software and the fleet around it.
Now Uber is spending billions to catch up.
Cybercab is the future.
I am not exaggerating, there are Unsupervised Cybercabs without steering wheels or pedals all over Austin, TX right now at almost every corner.
It is SO BEAUTIFUL on the road. The glossy gold (first time seeing it) is stunning in the sun. I also LOVE how massive the wheels look.
This is literally the future. I’m in @Robotaxi heaven right now.
@barmix_tony@sirnoyes@niccruzpatane Isn't waymo still trying to transition into a vision only system like Tesla. Wait that means all the time and money wasted on the design of lidar on their vehicles will definitely be reversed no problem lmao!
In the last five days, @Tesla has added 124 Robotaxis to the Texas fleet.
• 79 Model Ys on August 27th
• 45 Cybercabs today
We won’t be able to count soon.
BREAKING: SpaceX will contribute up to $220 million to improve water and wastewater infrastructure across Brownsville and Cameron County, according to an official announcement from the City of Brownsville.
The agreement includes:
• $40 million placed in escrow upfront
• Six quarterly payments of $30 million
• Up to 8 million gallons of water per day through water reuse and wastewater reclamation
• Up to 10 million gallons per day by expanding the Southmost Regional Water Authority plant
• Funding restricted to approved projects and released as milestones are completed
Together, these projects could add around 18 million gallons of water every day.
SpaceX will receive no ownership stake in the water system, and the contribution is not a prepayment of utility bills.
SpaceX isn’t just building rockets in South Texas. It is helping build infrastructure that could strengthen the entire region for generations.
Tesla is using an RBG light bar on the front of the Cybercab that changes to different colors so riders getting picked up know which Cybercab is theirs.
So far we've seen purple, green and orange colors.
Elon Musk checking out @SpaceX's new Starbase, Louisiana location.
Elon: "If you want to make life mutli-planetary, you need serious tonnage. I think we're going to bring 10,000 really exciting jobs to Louisiana. I think Starbase is cool. Starbase, Louisiana it is."
GOOD NEWS 🇩🇪 The German state of Brandenburg is looking into deploying driverless Tesla vehicles to completely transform public transit in its rural areas 🔥
While Tesla does not manufacture traditional shuttle buses, the state plans to use autonomous passenger models like the Model Y or dedicated robotaxis as flexible microtransit.
Transport Minister Robert Crumbach confirmed that officials are actively holding talks with the company to supply these vehicles.
This initiative directly addresses infrequent bus routes and a severe shortage of human drivers. By upgrading the current on-demand transit network, these robotaxis will provide reliable rides for rural residents who cannot drive themselves. Seniors and students stand to benefit the most from this modernized system.
Brandenburg is spearheading the effort and sees massive potential in partnering with major tech innovators. Officials are already preparing for a widespread rollout across rural districts as soon as they receive the legal and regulatory green light.
Here is the updated $TSLA Cybercab spotting in the US.

Only @Tesla.
Absolutely pumped!
Cybercab is officially launching September 3rd. From prototype to launch in less than two years.
