Got a tennis elbow 9 months ago. Was thinking the same with upper it would waste away. Just went with lower body 2 or 3 times a week and 2 times cardio. Upper stayed in relatively good condition. Now almost naturally healed the elbow and beginning with upper again. Keep training lower more then before and the results will probably surprise you. Also my calves are happy with this
Curve is one of the few DeFi plays where the thesis still feels simple:
stablecoin liquidity matters
Curve still owns a serious chunk of that market
fees are real
crvUSD/lending gives it another leg
sentiment is still dead
That’s usually where asymmetric bets start.
$CRV
Still stacking sats while everyone’s distracted by the noise.
Bitcoin just keeps doing what it does best — absorbing every macro hit and coming out stronger. Meanwhile in DeFi, the real alpha is sitting in protocols where liquidity actually matters and yields aren’t fake.
CLARITY bill talk is heating up again. When stablecoin rails get properly sorted, the money flow into Curve/Convex-style plays is going to be stupid.
Sentiment is quiet. That’s exactly when you position.
Who else is still building instead of doom-scrolling? $BTC ethereum:0xd533a949740bb3306d119cc777fa900ba034cd52
BTC starting to pull back here. Like I said here
Not really surprising imo. The headline was bullish, but a lot of the short-term bid felt like it had already been front-run.
Market still looks fine on the higher timeframe, but this is the kind of chop I was watching for.

CLARITY passing committee yesterday was clearly bullish.
But I wouldn’t be shocked if BTC cools off short term.
STRC is going ex-div, and a lot of the Saylor bid may have already hit the market this week.
Bigger picture looks good, but short term flow might get a little choppy.
Also worth adding:
if regulated stablecoin volume keeps growing, that liquidity has to settle somewhere.
Curve doesn’t need to be the loudest narrative on CT.
It just needs stablecoin flows, deeper pools, real volume, and the market to slowly remember why it mattered in the first place.
That’s the ethereum:0xd533a949740bb3306d119cc777fa900ba034cd52 bet.

Like I said:
CLARITY bill just advanced through the Senate Banking Committee on a bipartisan vote.
Not law yet, but the direction is getting clearer.
Regulated stablecoins are coming deeper onchain.
More stablecoin supply means more need for deep, efficient liquidity.
That’s Curve.
And CVX is the higher beta way to play that flywheel.
Feels like one of those headlines people ignore now and understand later.

I think people are missing the real ethereum:0xd533a949740bb3306d119cc777fa900ba034cd52 / ethereum:0x4e3fbd56cd56c3e72c1403e103b45db9da5b9d2b angle with the CLARITY Act.
If regular stables become more regulated, they also become more boring.
Just clean, compliant dollars onchain.
The fun part won’t be holding the stablecoin.
It’ll be what protocols do on top of them:
liquidity
incentives
bribes
gauge wars
That’s Curve.
And especially Convex.

Been mainly messing around with Hitdotone and Offshore Protocol so far. @megaeth
Somehow sitting at 5,731 MEGA points, +488% multiplier and rank #166 atm.
This week I’m looking forward to Euphoria the most. Let’s see if that one’s as fun as people say.
Also don't forget to boost on Terminal
@CredibleCrypto Agree on the levels.
But I think the more interesting part is how many people still seem to treat Curve like it’s dead DeFi.
If $CRV clears .35-.40 while weekly RSI is only just waking up, I wouldn’t be surprised if this moves way faster than people expect.

@heart_@icobeast You sure buddy? They made the investors stable at the top (luck) and they are still up 20% so unless he bought le pico bottom last few months it’s hardly good
