@JohnEDeaton1 Actually makes sense to me cos of the complex tax laws in the United stated its extremely difficult to make sure that billionaires and multimillionaires are paying their fair share in taxes. Its never been an issue making sure regular Joe and Jane bloggs pay their taxes.
