@bowtiedmeathead Dont know..Ive tried a ton of different approaches over the last 20 years and nothings made much difference. Im 62, eat clean, lift 5x week take supps, TRT+ HRT ect...
MotsC helps some, trying some SS31 now to see if it does anything to help.

@OhNathan Yeah I probably wasnt taking enough fiber but no wasnt counting it. The fiber sup I used is 10g fiber and I used one scoop pd on top of regular fiber intake
