@CoinMarketCap How is this a mortgage? He has put his crypto as collateral and taken fiat for it, then used it for a purchase (a house) independently of Nexo. A mortgage would be if the house itself was the collateral and Nexo owned it until it’s paid off - a totally different thing.

@brockpierce @NexoFinance When you say “mortgage”, do you imply that Nexo keeps the property if you fail to return the loan? If not, and they simply keep your crypto collateral, then that’s sounds like a standard loan where you’ve just happened to buy real estate with it instead of a car, let’s say..🤔
