I've been playing @FishingFrenzyCo for a while; over a year ago 🎣🐟

Back then, a fish was just a fish. You cast rods into the water, you caught a fish and then move on

Chapter 3 is LIVE and has just changed everything!!!

Here's my honest breakdown as a long-time angler 🧵👇:

On the 14th of May 2026, a new chapter launched, just as written in the quoted tweet with 3 new features launched alongside it

FISH REFINEMENT, BOSS FISH, GUILDS, pending the GUILD WARS and BOAT SKINS that goes LIVE together in the coming week

I honestly do not see this as just another patch or update but a big RE-INVENTION 🫧🫧🫧

Fishes are now REFINED carrying quality rank from D → C → B → A → S

With each, comes their drop rate

And where it gets more interesting is that you can use fossils at the workshop to bend those odds in your favor up to level 7 refinement per fish.

Bonus Fossils gives +50% refinement EXP

This alone has turned casual fishing into a strategy game when you try to chase the Fossil Bonus while you fish or refine more

With every session, there's a decision tree

Also, sacrificing fish on Fishing Frenzy sounds familiar, but this time it's different

With BOSS FISH, you get a very huge leaderboard score boost when you grind for an S-rank fish plus 1000 gold and sacrifice em to get the big catch in the regular zone or cavern

Note that progresses gets saved between sessions, with each fishing modes, x1, x5, x20 getting tracked separately

Now, imagine a solo journey into the waters but with a shared mission for the same goal

Fishing Frenzy also imagined that and said, let's stop imagining and just make this a reality for the anglers

That begets GUILDS where you get to form or join a guild of up to 10 players in preparation for the GUILD WARS coming ahead alongside BOAT SKINS where anglers get to flex their status on the waters

Your boat becomes your trophy and a real winner gets to look like a winner with BOAT SKINS 🚣‍♂️

One hack I'll shill is to start grinding fossils and chasing S-rank fishes from here on, coz they will give you a big edge for when Guild Wars start

Conclusively, my favorite shift in this new chapter is the opening of waters for new audiences/players that are new to crypto and others:

Can't remember the number of 'wen' i've been seeing on the server by curious anglers to know when the chapter of Fishing Frenzy that changes everything arrives and finally, it's here this week after reset

What you should look forward to:
FISH QUALITY: Every cast now brings about a real and different weight from before. No more ordinary catches but thrilling catches that matters every time 🎣

BOSS FISH: For a while, the game has been building towards an endgame challenge for legendary anglers and this is it. Intern has been dropping hints about big catches and we can finally get em all this week

GUILD WARS: The last community clash still lives rent free in my head coz i loved how the fishing frenzy community was pretty active with @voidyonx and @kimbokitten being different leaders haha

Guild wars will bring about a shared journey where players can fish, compete and chase perks/rewards together as a team

Lastly is BOAT SKINS: This serves as your identity on the water. With boat skins, you'll be able to express yourself on the water and showcase your journey and status in the Fishing Frenzy game

Imagine each cores of the game getting upgraded individually, BUT now at ONCE

First week of Guild Wars have been LIVE on @FishingFrenzyCo since last week, and we wrap it up this week, at the next reset

With a tile board that divides the zone into territories, Every guilds that consists of 10 players are all fighting to own as many tiles as possible before the timer runs out

How to fish in guild war zone:

Go to the Guild War Zone in "Travels" and fish there, just like the normal fishing, just that here, resources used get doubled with the utmost goal of catching "Boss Fish" in the zone, which lets you capture a tile on the board

Each tiles earn your guild, Guild Points
