Seventeen of Robinhoodโs stock tokens are funds, and every one follows an index or a commodity. The next may be the first with a manager.
On a fund with a manager, the question stops being what the index did. It becomes what the manager holds, what it is worth, and what changed.
The board was built to answer that before anyone asks it: all seventeen fund tokens read every day, and all 39 of T. Rowe Priceโs ETFs kept on record, by date, before any of them is a token.
Each NAV is read from its sponsorโs figures and set against the fundโs close only when both are for the same trading day.
Every number below was read by the boardโs own code on 9 October 2026: the live board at 17:07 UTC, and the exchange, the SOXX page, T. Rowe Priceโs pages and the listing watch between 04:06 and 04:20 UTC.

There are 194 stock tokens on Robinhoodโs registry for this chain. It has no field for which ones are funds.
So the board asks the exchange. A symbol Nasdaq does not know as a stock, and then quotes as an ETF, is a fund.
All 194 were asked on the morning of 9 October:
โ 176 stocks
โ 17 funds: SPY, QQQ, VTI, SPMO, XLK, SMH, SOXX, SCHD, EWT, EWY, INDA, BND, SHY, SGOV, GLD, SLV, USO
โ 1 that answered as neither
Once each trading day, a fund strikes its net asset value, the NAV: what it holds, less what it owes, divided by its shares.
The shares trade all day at whatever buyers pay, above the NAV (a premium) or below it (a discount).
The token follows the share price, not the NAV. The board puts the NAV back beside it.

At 17:07 UTC, all 17 carried a NAV.
Each figure is named for where it was read. Where a sponsor states how it took its own premium, the board says so.
A row with nothing read says so, never a zero.
A price from one day against a NAV from another is not a gap. It is the marketโs move between the two days wearing the label of a premium.
The iShares page for SOXX, read on the morning of 9 October, had a closing price of $582.82 for 7 October and a NAV of $563.10 for 8 October.
Side by side that reads as 3.50% over. The sponsorโs own figure for 7 October was 0.03% under.
So the board states a gap only when the price and the NAV are for the same trading day.
When a sponsorโs page carries the NAV for one day and its close for another, the board takes the exchangeโs closing price for the NAVโs own day, and the row names it.
On 8 October that close for SOXX was $563.28, against the NAV of $563.10: 3.20 bps over, not 3.50% over.
With no close for that day, the row carries no figure and says why.

A stock tokenโs distribution arrives as a step in its multiplier, not as cash.
The board sets each one the issuer declares beside the step the houseโs dividend ledger saw, from the day the window opened.
At 17:07 UTC:
โ landed: SCHD, SGOV, SHY, SPMO, VTI, XLK
โ in progress at the issuer when read, with its multiplier step already seen: QQQ
โ pending: SPY, $1.888834 a share, process date 30 October
โ not watched: SOXX. The ledger first read it on 18 September, a month after its window opened, with the multiplier already above 1, so the board does not say whether it landed
โ none held: BND, $0.248502 a share, marked completed by the issuer for 5 October. No BND token is held on chain: its supply reads zero, so there is no holder for a multiplier step to reach
That is what was measured, and the board says nothing past it.
A distribution is dollars per share and a multiplier step, never a rate.
An index fund holds what its index lists. An actively managed fund holds what its manager chose, and changes it.
A token on one is a claim on those choices, so its NAV, its gap and its book matter more, not less.
A stock token linked to an actively managed T. Rowe Price ETF is being explored for this chain. The board was built for that moment, and names no fund, no date and no odds.
Instead it reads all 39 of T. Rowe Priceโs ETF pages every day, with the NAV, the close, the premium, the shares and the holdings.
On their pages on the morning of 9 October, every NAV was for 7 October:
โ 30 closed over their NAV, 5 under, 4 at
โ from 15.3 bps under to 46.8 bps over
โ the widest on their own pages since 2 January 2025: 229.5 bps over and 199.1 bps under, both in April 2025
None of the 39 is a stock token here.
Each is kept by date from its first read, so if one lands on the registry, its first day as a token is not its first day on the record.
The issuer prints the token around the clock five days a week, and the token keeps trading on chain through the weekend. The NAV is struck once each trading day.
In between, the token has a price and nothing to hold it against.
The covered move is the part of that the board can measure: the fundโs holdings that are themselves stock tokens here, weighted, priced from the close the NAV was struck at to now.
โ SPY, XLK, SMH and VTI: books read. Each covered move needs the closing prints of the NAVโs own day, which the board takes itself in the last half hour of each session
โ T. Rowe Price, on the books read on 9 October: TCHP covers 83.99% of its proxy portfolio in 32 names (its GOOG counted through the GOOGL token), TGRW 83.40% of its proxy portfolio in 34, and TGRT 77.46% of its full holdings in 44
โ GLD holds bullion, USO futures and bills, BND bonds. None of them has a book of stock tokens, and each row says so
It is always shown with its coverage, and refused with nothing covered.
It is not a fair value and is never called one.
Every row says when its NAV was struck and how many have been struck since and are not yet published.
Where the NAV is struck at the close, it also says when the next is due, on the NYSEโs own calendar.
GLDโs and SLVโs are struck from Londonโs gold and silver prices, and USOโs from the 2:30 PM settlement of its oil futures, and their rows say so instead.
โ Fridayโs close to Mondayโs: 72 hours with no new NAV
โ the 1 pm close on 24 December to the close on 28 December: 99 hours
Every ten minutes the listing watch looks at the registry as the house last read it from the issuer, hourly, and dates each first it sees: the listing, the first pool, the first feed, the first lending market, the first multiplier step.
A listing is dated within the hour. It dates removals too, on a second read.
โ 194 stock tokens on the registry on the morning of 9 October
โ QNT, on the houseโs own list of 27 September, was missing from it

โ 5 of the 17 gaps are against the exchangeโs close, because the page their NAV was read from had no close for that day: SHY, SOXX, SCHD, QQQ and SPMO
โ the gap is the fundโs close against its own NAV, for the last day its sponsor has published. It is a day or more old by design and says nothing about the token this minute
โ SCHDโs, QQQโs and SPMOโs NAVs were read from Schwabโs research page, which runs a trading day behind, so their figures are for 7 October, a day older than the rest
โ no fund token carried a covered move at this read. The first lands once a sponsor publishes the NAV for a close the board watched
โ the holdings of the iShares fund tokens and of SCHD are not read, and QQQโs and SPMOโs are not read while their figures come from Schwabโs research page
โ what a manager changed is one book against the one before it, a dayโs against the day before (for VTI, one month endโs against the last), so the first change lands once a newer book is read
The board writes its own reading down before it has the sponsorโs NAV for that day, on the same scorebook every desk in the house files to.
โ once the trading day after a fundโs NAV day has closed, it files that fundโs covered move, close to close: up or down, with its size and its coverage, once per fund and day
โ it files before it has the sponsorโs NAV for that day, never after
โ the sponsorโs own NAV dated that day settles it, however late it is read. It is right only when the NAV moved the way the covered move said
โ no such NAV seven days after that dayโs close, and it is let go with no verdict, never counted right or wrong
โ the fund tokens and the funds it reads that are not tokens here are graded the same way
โ at 17:07 UTC it had filed nothing yet, and the page says so. The first filing needs the closing prints of a NAVโs own day and the close of the day after it
The houseโs learning review reads that record beside every other deskโs.
Nothing on the board is tuned by it.
Four rules about the board are in the bank, rechecked at every boot against the real functions:
โ a gap is stated only when the price and the NAV are for one trading day, and its sign is the sign of the price less the NAV. Otherwise there is no figure and a reason, never a zero
โ the covered move lies between the smallest and the largest move of the names it covers, and with nothing covered it is refused
โ a covered move is filed before the board has the sponsorโs NAV for that day, once per fund and day, and settled only by the NAV dated the day it was measured to
โ a distribution on a token whose supply reads zero on chain is never counted or paged as a missing step
The gap rule came back from the Lean 4 machine check on 9 October.
The other three are queued for it, and none is called proved until https://t.co/KpyLRYIqpF lists it as machine checked.
The idea is one reading of every fund on this chain, as complete as what is published allows, kept by date.
It widens as the data does:
โ a fund with a manager, once listed, is dated by the listing watch within the hour and joins the board with every day already on record. The longer the wait, the deeper the record it arrives with
โ every new stock token that is a fund joins the board on its first day, with its NAV wherever its sponsor is one the board reads
โ the covered move reaches every fund whose book the board reads and that holds stock tokens here, and each book added takes it to one more. Today it reads the books of SPY, XLK, SMH and VTI among the fund tokens, and T. Rowe Priceโs
โ a fund tokenโs first pool, Chainlink feed or lending market on this chain is dated the day the watch sees it
โ as more of a fund is published, on its sponsorโs pages or on chain, the aim is to read it where it is published and name where
What it cannot read yet, it says it cannot read.
It grows by reading more, never by guessing.
