Conviction is a virtue to me. A very fruitful one. So i try to find communities that share that virtue.
When i woke up the first thing I saw was @dak_daze letting us know he has started to DCA. Thats conviction.
The entire discord was basically discussing how exciting this is. Thats conviction.
Not a day or dip has gone by where I havent seen @BoredApeSolClub having fun and talking about the real world, and the market we experience.
This is the kind of place I call home.
Its sort of a jungle.
I dont have an excuse for right now. Its kind of a double edged sword, I think we need some kind of regulation or better protections from scammers. Theres no way we get 10 trillion dollar injections like the stock market, without it.
I think its really gonna suck before it gets better and we might cook alts
Grail Acquired.
Where my lemon headz @?
Shoutout to @spacedfaceless for making this transaction smooth.
@zubic_eth, my brother, thank you for welcoming me with open arms. Thank you for taking the time to understand what me and mine are building. Thank you for being a fucking cool ass dude.
Thank you @Solgodsnfts for this great opportunity ๐ค
Iโm hyped on this news and I canโt wait to see how we build on the blockchains.
It feels like weโre just getting started.
People tell me to unfollow people to make the followed vs following ratio better.
What these people fail to understand is I simply donโt give a shit and if I could Iโd follow everyone on the entire app.
I've just shared a Discord announcement covering the migration process for @SpaceRidersXYZ, Space Riders, and Space Riders OG Pass. I'm going to copy and paste the exact message from Discord here as well, so it's available on both platforms for full transparency:
Hello!
As we move into the migration, there are a few things I'd like to lay out and make clear so everything is easy to understand. It's a pretty straightforward process, but it's important that everyone knows exactly what's happening.
First, we'll deploy the new contracts to Ethereum mainnet.
Second, we're in close communication with the OpenSea team. They will disable transfers on Space Riders and Space Riders OG Pass. Once that happens, those collections will no longer be tradable on the marketplace and will effectively be locked.
We'll then take a snapshot of all holders and assets across both collections. From there, we'll conduct the airdrops and fully mint both collections onchain. Everyone will receive a 1:1 match of their holdings based on the snapshot.
Once that's complete, we'll push the metadata to the new collections. Everything will look exactly as it did before. OpenSea will migrate all collection data to the new collection pages, including the same hyperlinks, names, statistics, and other collection information. The goal is to make the transition as seamless as possible and maintain the same experience you're familiar with today.
Please remember that Space Riders and Space Riders OG Pass will no longer earn STAR once the migration is complete.
The new contracts are significantly more optimized and will provide a much better overall experience moving forward.
Once everything is finalized, we'll update the metadata on the old collections using the images attached below. This will clearly indicate that those collections are no longer active and are disabled for trading.
At that point, the migration process will be complete and we'll move forward from there.
The entire process is fairly straightforward and should take roughly an hour to complete.
I'm still working closely with @l33c0x to better understand the STAR balance migration process.
Our current plan is to take a snapshot of all wallets to capture the onchain state of claimed STAR balances. Since claimed STAR is minted onchain, we're able to accurately retrieve and transfer those balances.
I'm not yet 100% certain how unclaimed STAR balances will be handled, and I'll provide additional clarification in the coming days. Since unclaimed balances don't exist as an onchain state, they aren't as straightforward to track.
That said, I believe we'll be able to calculate unclaimed balances through backend snapshots. If necessary, we can also create a script that analyzes claim history and asset holdings to determine those balances. Regardless of the approach, we'll find a solution that allows us to honor unclaimed STAR balances wherever possible.
Naturally, there will likely be some balances that remain unclaimed due to holders no longer being active in the community or Web3 in general. As many of you know, we're an older collection.
If anyone has any questions, please let me know. I'll be around.
As I've said before, we're handling this entire process from start to finish. The main thing we asked everyone to do was claim their STAR balances. Even for those who didn't, we'll do our best to implement a fair solution that honors those balances.
The shop will take a few more weeks to fully roll out alongside the new offchain STAR system, additional features, and the updated website and design.
It's still a work in progress, but it will be worth the wait.
For the most part, the foundational changes will be complete once the contract migration is finished. We also have incentives planned to help kick things off with the new collections and drive volume and liquidity to the fresh contracts.
Thank you all for your patience. We truly appreciate it.
Let's ride.
