BlueDart AWB No - 50897084302, there is no one in my home who will be taking the entire shipment of AC on 3rd floor, which has been left by the delivery guy, neither no one is there to look after to in the ground floor.

the delivery guy of blue dart was told by me to ensure the delivery on 3rd floor, and he just left the shipment on the ground floor, he even did not confirm the OTP of delivery with me as well and marked the order delivered
