The "when" doesn't matter. That behavior should never be tolerated at any point. You're REALLY going to defend Trump's sexual misconduct with that flimsy argument? Those accusations existed before he was ever elected the first or second time.

@IanFreeze1 @GavinNewsom To be clear, I'm not in support of either. I didn't like Biden, although I found him to be more generally likable than Trump. But neither did anything to be worth my vote, and I decided I'd rather "throw away" my vote on a 3rd party than cast a vote for either of them.

United States, 295 U.S. 602 (1935)", it is an illegal firing if it was not for just cause, such as neglecting duties. Unless said just cause is not produced and proven, it is, in fact, an illegal firing.
