Omo, I won’t lie - this challenge really challenged me.
There were days I wanted to cheat.
Days I was tired.
Days I was just craving nonsense 😭
But I stuck with it.
And I’m glad I did.
Results:
• Lost 3.6kg
• Way better control over my appetite
Now the real question is…
What happens next?
Do I go back to my old habits and gain everything back?
How do I plan on keeping the weight off?
For me, it’s simple.
I’m sticking to three things:
• Weight tracking
• Calorie counting
• No eating after 8pm (except fruits/protein)
So at the end of the day… was the challenge effective?
Hell yeah.
Would I recommend it to anyone trying to lose weight?
Not really
