@Airbnb A guest left my villa with a two-day gas leak, filled the property with gas, exploited my airport pickup, violated rules, and left without notice.
Despite clear evidence, Airbnb Support refunded the guest without consulting me.
This isn’t partnership — it’s negligence.
@quick88142 While Im trying to explain and give evidence of what my place is about, the support team just took matter into their opinionated hand and issue a refund. I seek indepth investigation into this matter.
@quick88142 I just did. I spoke to the people from your team on X, they reply but none got back at me on the airbnb app while your support team says they value me as partner but never thoroughly investigated into the matter instead refund the guest without noticing me of matters.
