It may be that the hospital administered medications during labor that caused a false positive for cocaine. I would use AI to ask but my guess would be like lidocaine for epidural etc….. this is the problem with hospitals that screen every mother. There are positives for drugs administered for dental procedures, dermatological procedures, pain early in labor…. They can then cause false positives.
