@lastminute_com tell me changes cant be made because the airline @emirates have suspended my ticket, @emirates tell me to liaise with the travel agent, me passenger with no flight and £3500 paid out!!!!!!!

Missed an @emirates flight due to a visa issue, but absolutely no support because ticket bought from @lastminute_com. Business class ticket down the drain. now have visa but having to buy new ticket.

Rushing to attend a funeral, was not allowed to board my flight due to visa issues (my oversight), but absolutely appalling service from @lastminute_com, No customer service number. Chat Response within 48 hours. I cannot use the return leg of the flight I paid for! Shambles
