Uber+Lyft should use your phone's accelerometer to see how bouncy drivers' cars are on average, then make a "soft ride" mode which charges a bit extra but gives you drivers in the softest quartile
@rogerkver Disagree here in practice. Sure, someone who *uploads* a copyrighted work to a torrent network is liable for contract violation, but the *downloaders* are not; they never made an agreement with the copyright holder. And you only need one uploader....
