The process of learning is not pretty and it doesn't look like the hero arc you think it'll be.
Looking back at the highlights it'll look great. When you skip over all the lonely, grueling times when everything is going sideways or the needle isn't moving and you think to yourself "wtf am I even doing?".
We over estimate what we can accomplish in the short term and under estimate what can be done over the long term.
The sooner you can come to terms with that, the more pain you will save yourself when it comes to the question: "I'm doing everything I possible can, why isn't it paying off?"
Pick something you're truly passionate about and understand the core of the "why" you're going to subject yourself to the pain.
This is what will keep you going.
The art of being able to start again in any aspect of life is the most powerful skill to master and you can only get there by falling flat on your face countless times and continuing.
Embrace that every day is a new page and you can and will have a "day one" countless times.
You can spend years studying charts without spending ten minutes studying yourself.
You know where Bitcoin found support last month.
Do you know which setup made you money last month?
Which hours you traded worst?

You can tell a lot about your health by what you have an appetite for.
When you’re physically healthy, you want to move, train, get outside, and explore.
When you’re mentally healthy, you want to learn. You’re curious. You want to understand things and stretch your mind.
And when you’re spiritually healthy, you want to give. You want to love people, connect with them, help where you can, and leave something good behind.
Real health isn’t just feeling good. It’s wanting to participate in life.
I did drugs for 15 years, on daily basis, and I can safely say not a single successful person reaches greatness and maintains it whilst high 24/7
most of substances are for coping losers, just like I was a coping loser for 15 years
Good morning. Talk to yourself today like you’re someone you genuinely want to see make it.
If a friend came to you discouraged, you’d remind them how far they’ve come. You wouldn’t let one mistake erase every good thing you know about them. Give yourself some of that same grace.
Thank God for another morning and give today an honest effort. You can hold yourself to a higher standard without talking to yourself like you’re already a lost cause.
I’m rooting for you. Make sure you are, too.
