Permanent residency in Australia is a gift that has been granted due to our generosity and acceptance of all people regardless of race, sex, or creed. This is now out weakness as it is being taken advantage of. Simple solution is that permanent residency can be taken away, due to crimes comtied. Especially heinous and or crimes against true Australian values. Punishment should be to remove the PR Visa and possibly even the families associated with the individual or group dependant on the severity of the crime. You get your 12 peers but we should have the right to revoke all privileges provided by our great nation.
