That was me two years ago :
Swamped with work, with demands going up and time running out

I did everything by myself, from prospection to design, logistics, and paperwork.

Spending 4 hours a day spent generating quotes and sourcing products 😭

Then I leveraged my tech skills to automate everything that could be automated
I turned into a one-man army:
➡️ RPA bots to scrape client branding guidelines and generate designs 💥
➡️ AI to source products based on criteria like eco-friendliness, price, and customization 💥
➡️ A robot to create and print shipping labels the moment a client requests it, even prints the new hire's name to stick it on the box 💥
➡️ A robot that fetches the list of companies with increasing job offers and autonomously initiates prospecting 💥

All my paperwork? Automated.

Anything that happens on your computer can be automated. You just need to think through the process, map it out, and find the right tools or developers to make it happen.

@Matt_AuLait @HBKtheTO @don_zigg @CestTerrifiant De ouf, le caïman est un alligator, la différence entre alligator et crocodile c’est le museau plus long et fin, et une dent qui sort du museau pour les croco (qui sont aussi en moyennes plus grand et plus lourd) la différence entre caïman et alligator c’est juste la géographie !
