These terms and comments are all too familiar. The idea of generational wealth is powerful and hodl is simple and powerful especially those who mined/bought BTC back in the day.

They are not regulated.
No financial reporting required (revenue, operational cost, rent, assets)
No obligation for their tokens to do well.

I have seen too many tokens launch based on theme and once they get the pump, they no either continue to build and use that funding to set up a registered entity and pursue proper funding through VC, accredited investors or grants. Leaving the token holders high and dry.
