I feel embarrassed to say this as a lawyer with 12 years of practice, I do not have faith in the legal "justice" system of my country.

A client came to me 5 years ago, facing a completely false molestation case after a breakup in Mumbai.
We filed civil and criminal cases against the girl and her family.
