@vladcostea Maybe because some of the stuff they say is against the Bitcoin ethos and actually bearish? And it’s beyond visible that some of them either lie or it’s just a big facade (Eric Trump, Vance, etc).
@DeItaone Even if, just cannot see this being voted through. It is not a good political move for Trump either. Hold the Bitcoin you already have confiscated? Fair. Buy $100BN worth of it? Yeah, not going to go down well with voters
@DeItaone Announcing you will buy 3bn worth of something before you do doesn’t work in your favour. And the Trump trust ain’t stupid. So if they really will do this, I would expect that they will force something to buy lower
@MoonCr10 @DaanCrypto No, of course not. Point is more about an FTX like collapse driven by a single agent as well as how much of a house of cards this bull market really is.
Granted, the more time elapses and the more ingrained the ETFs become, etc, the Saylor risk diminishes imo.
@donalt Whilst I know Trump dgaf, I think that he's aware that such a move might actually be an unpopular one with the majority of his electorate
And even if, they would only announce a SBR once they filled their bags. Makes no economical sense whatsoever to do it beforehand.
