I was just planning to buy Tata Suv car but got demotivated after hearing this.

🚨 Urgent immediate resolution required for faulty Tata (proud) Harrier car🚨

This car has been essentially becoming nothing like GARBAGE BOX at Tata's service center for more than six months.

I purchased a Tata Harrier Fearless +DK +AT from cargo dealer showroom (Thaltej-Ahmedabad)on 29/02/2024. After receiving delivery on 04/03/2024, I encountered multiple malfunctions and system failure,including a critical incident where the steering wheel jammed/locked while driving at 40-50 km/h. This near-disaster occurred just 2 days after delivery, with only 150-160 km driven. 😱

The vehicle was with your service center for 10 days, yet the issues remain unresolved. Despite numerous attempts to address this with your team, including being informed of various parts needing replacement, the core problem remains unacknowledged. This indicates a severe lapse in both vehicle inspection and safety protocols. 🚗💥

Given the severity of the situation and the significant investment of ₹29 lakhs, I urgently request one of the following:

Immediate Replacement of the faulty vehicle.
Full Refund of the purchase amount.
Formal Assurance from Tata Motors and your dealership that such safety issues will be prevented in the future and a detailed plan to ensure it.
My safety was jeopardized due to what appears to be a failure in your quality control. I have reached out to several representatives, but have yet to receive a satisfactory resolution. @TataMotors, I urge you to address this matter with the seriousness it deserves. Your prompt attention is crucial. 🆘
