BREAKING:
"@LensProtocol shopped around for new protocols to build on earlier this year."
Sources say dealmakers were quoted "tens of millions to compete with an offer to Lens to build on @zksync."
Lens chose zksync, reportedly promised '0.5% of the total $ZK supply (worth $22.4M at $0.21/token).'
Competing blockchains backed out once this massive offer was revealed.
ZKsync airdropped 3.6B tokens to 700k wallets, with Lens & Aave receiving millions. The initial allocation to Lens is worth around $3M.
Spokespeople for Matter Labs, the core developer behind ZKsync, and Avara, the umbrella company that oversees Lens, declined to comment.
@Crypto_Crib_ according to Stripe this all happened when one of the execs got hammered on a Thursday night and asked a hooker if she takes crypto cause no cash
"I knew that the stablecoins I had were real money, she didnt. And so we set out to change that perception regarding crypto payments"
I'm all about glorifying @FjordFoundry on the timeline and love what @dcfgod managed to do with their community
But it's frustrating to see the team responsible completely ignore the $pCNV situation, despite having over 7k holders whom are also OGs.
do better thx
