@YESBANK Not resolved

@YESBANK @RBI

[Mohan @CryptooPython]

@zerodha I expect your platform is trustworthy, not like @HDFC_Bank

[Mohan @CryptooPython]

@zerodha @HDFC_Bank

Want to move my existing mutual fund holdings from HDFC SmartWealth to Coin without redeeming (position's in loss). Does Coin support an ARN/broker code change or off-market transfer for this, free of charge, with original purchase date/cost retained? #

[Mohan @CryptooPython]

I am very disappointed with @HDFC_Bank smartwealth platform. @zerodha please help to move my mutual funds.

[Mohan @CryptooPython]

I already have an active account on Coin Zerodha

[Mohan @CryptooPython]

@CoinByZerodha HDFC SmartWealth ran an outdated KIM for 2+ yrs, wrongly charged me exit load, admitted the error in writing, and still refuses to pay the compensation it owes. Done with them. Want to move my MF holdings here, free, no redemption, cost/date retained.

@HDFC_Bank

[Mohan @CryptooPython]

@goibibo you fraudsters.

[Mohan @CryptooPython]

@HDFC_Bank month on: no refund, no compensation for the deficiency, and my complaint was closed once without my consent. Filed with the RBI Ombudsman & SEBI. Enough is enough. #HDFCBank #SmartWealth #ConsumerRights @SEBI_Awareness @RBI

[Mohan @CryptooPython]

@HDFCBank_Cares @HDFC_Bank Admitted in writing: your SmartWealth KIM was outdated, wrongly costing me Rs 9,873 exit load. A month later, still no refund, compensation refused. Filed with RBI Ombudsman & SEBI. Enough is enough. #HDFCBank #SmartWealth #ConsumerRights

[Mohan @CryptooPython]

@HDFC_Bank Your SmartWealth platform showed an outdated KIM for 2+ yrs, wrongly deducting Rs 9,873 exit load from my redemption. You admitted this in writing on 26-Aug, still no refund or compensation a month later. Now filed with RBI Ombudsman & SEBI. #HDFCBank #SmartWealth

[Mohan @CryptooPython]

@RoyalBrothersIN ou gave me an Activa 6G that won't start. Self-start dead, kick-start dead, horn dead. I paid for a working scooter, not a safety hazard. Collect it and refund every rupee within 48 hrs or I file a consumer case. Booking #10473437

[Mohan @CryptooPython]

@RoyalBrothersIN gave me a defective Activa 6G at Yelahanka: self-start dead, kick-start won't start it, horn not working. A rental scooter that can't start or honk is unsafe. Pick it up and refund me in full, or I'm going to the consumer forum. Booking ID in DM.

[Mohan @CryptooPython]

@SEBI_India @HDFC_Bank years as your customer, and the big bank I trusted with my money was running on a 2-year-old KIM. Charged me wrongly, admitted it in writing, processed refund only after I pushed hard, then refused a rupee of compensation. Loyalty well rewarded. #HDFCBank

[Mohan @CryptooPython]

@HDFC_Bank @SEBI_India
My SCORES complaint (Reg.) vs HDFC Mutual Fund — wrongful exit load of Rs 9,873 due to an admittedly outdated KIM. Pending since 01-Sep-26; 10-day reminder issued 11-Sep, still unresolved. Kindly expedite. #InvestorGrievance

@SonyLIV

I must cancel my subscription; if payment is automatically deducted, I will react strongly toward your company.

[Mohan @CryptooPython]

@HDFCBank_Cares I have already replied on that mail, where is my refund?

[Mohan @CryptooPython]

@HDFC_Bank @hdfcmf @SEBI_India

THREAD: How @HDFC outdated fund disclosure cost me ₹9,873 in wrongful charges — and how they've refused to compensate me for it, even after admitting the error in writing. After 8 years as a customer, I'm walking away. Here's the full story.

[Mohan @CryptooPython]

@HDFCBank_Cares My issue is not resolved, why are you lying. Is this how HDFC treat its customers? @RBI please look into the matter.

[Mohan @CryptooPython]

If you've redeemed any mutual fund via HDFC SmartWealth and got charged an exit load that surprised you, check the KIM history for that date. I suspect I'm not the only one HDFC's outdated documents have cost money

[Mohan @CryptooPython]

A bank displays a materially wrong regulatory disclosure for 2+ years, admits it in writing, then tells an 8-year customer "we're unable to accede to the compensation request." To me, that's not just poor service — it feels like fraud on customers.
