🚨 CANTON COIN = A TICKING TIME BOMB? 💣
$100 can still get you 1,000+ $CC.
My question isn’t where Canton is TODAY—it’s what happens if regulatory clarity opens the door for more of its ecosystem to move.
Edel. Hecto. Institutional finance. Tokenization. More applications.
I believe clarity could be the catalyst that changes everything. 👀

NEW: Vice President Vance says he “feels good about” the Clarity Act passing, says crypto “needs clear guidance”:
“This is a very important piece of legislation... What those innovators are telling us now is that the industry is mature enough that we need some clear rules. It’s a bit of a wild, wild west out there… What that allowed in that wild west was for the Biden admin to go after our innovators — because there weren’t clear rules, which just empowered the weaponized DOJ to go after some of our entrepreneurs and our innovators. We need some clear rules. These guys want to follow the rules, but they need clear guidance. The crypto industry is behind this; the small tech companies are behind it. We're working on it every day."
🚨 Crypto pumped yesterday. Let me explain why.
It wasn't a whale. Not an ETF headline. Not Trump.
The US Treasury just doubled its long-term bond buybacks.
From $2B to $4B per operation. Starting September 9.
Here's the chain reaction :
Treasury buys back 10-30 year bonds
→ Demand for bonds rises
→ Bond yields fall
→ 30-year yield crashed from 5.33% to 5.18% in hours
→ Dollar weakens
→ Risk assets become attractive again
→ Crypto pumps
This is not QE. But the liquidity impact is real.
And it's exactly what the macro checklist needed.

The Banker's Association, still not happy about the Clarity Act text. They are big mad about stablecoin paid interest possibly sneaking in.
They don't want you just earning money for free. You know, like they do.

🚨 SEC CLEARS A PATH FOR TOKENIZED FUNDS
@SECGov issued a no-action position allowing @FTDA_US to use its OnChain U.S. Government Money Fund for cash management and securities-lending collateral inside registered funds.
Blockchain records are integrated into the official ownership system, while the structure can support intraday trading, hourly NAV calculations and faster transaction processing.
Franklin Templeton currently uses @StellarOrg as the primary public blockchain for the fund, making Stellar part of the infrastructure supporting this tokenized fund model.

JUST IN: Nasdaq and SEC don't care that the Clarity Act is delayed - they're moving forward.
Nasdaq just filed to standardize options listing on digital commodity ETFs/trusts.
That means products holding assets like BTC, ETH, SOL, XRP, LINK, and HBAR can more easily get options without needing fresh SEC approval for every single one - cleaner rules, higher thresholds, and clearer “digital commodity” language.
SEC announced it's prepping “innovation exemption.”
Essentially a limited regulatory sandbox that would let approved platforms test 24/7 blockchain trading of tokenized stocks under lighter requirements, instead of forcing full traditional broker/exchange compliance right away.
Infrastructure is getting built either way.
Franklin Templeton SEC No Action Letter
Continued momentum that the SEC is giving the crypto industry the confidence it needs to innovate and move forward on industry adoption.
🚨NEW: The @SECGov’s Division of Investment Management has issued a no-action letter to @FTDA_US, clearing the way for its registered funds to use its onchain money market fund ($FOBXX) to manage cash, including collateral for securities lending.
The relief allows Franklin Templeton to custody and record ownership of those fund shares through its blockchain-integrated system rather than comply with certain legacy rules designed for physical securities.
Franklin says the structure can support intraday trading, hourly NAV calculations and faster transaction processing.
