I'm having the same problem and I cannot connect the device although it does come on I put the USB cable in which came with the device. Someone please explain to me how I get my public key with only a mobile device working

@Ledger_Support I bought my nano x ledger about 6 months ago. At the time I could not get the app to be recognized on the desktop of my Apple. To work on my mobile phone using bluetooth. Until now this should be fine I was able to send and receive coins

. I never have got a new portfolio tracker that wants a public key this only works on a desktop I no longer use the MacBook but have a Chromebook with Linux installed.
