According to @chainspect_app's real-time TPS chart, @dfinity's Internet Computer recorded an average tx/s of 2,554 over the past week.

This is more than double @Solana's tx/s of 1,153 in the same period.

DFINITY ACTIVITY SURGES AS TRANSACTION COSTS PLUMMET

Data from @chainspect_app highlights two impressive and important metrics for the @dfinity ecosystem.

First, $ICP's average txn fee has fallen to a new 90 day low of around $0.0000465, making the network altogether more affordable and accessible.

At the same time, $ICP processed more than 335 million transactions on May 8 - a significant spike and potentially a sign of real adoption for the network.
