في كازاخستان تقوم هذه القاطرات برش الماء على الأسفلت طوال النهار المعلومة التقليدية تقول أنها لتبريد الطريق أو غسل الغبار
لكن التساؤل الحقيقي
إذا كان الأسفلت قويا بما يكفي لتحمل قاذفات القنابل والطائرات الحربية الرابضة خلفه في الميدان هل يعقل أنه يحتاج لترطيب بضع قطرات ماء لكي لا يذوب أم أن هناك مادة أخرى تخلط مع هذا الماء لتأمين المنطقة المحيطة بالقاعدة العسكرية من تجسس حراري أو راداري لا يفهمه العوام؟
