Hello EstateX family,

We can proudly say that our restructuring of the legal framework has almost been completed.

The legal framework stands right now, and the tech is currently being implemented. This means dates will be announced likely as soon as next week. More about the new legal framework, legal opinions, internal restructuring, tech updates and more next week. We will spill all the juice and lay it all out.

We have been working on multiple things, also a model you will never see coming but what will be highly beneficial to all stakeholders involved. What it is? We can’t announce it yet, but it will be big.

Graham has also been making excellent progress on the blockchain, and the wallet migration is almost ready to start. Graham will layout a date very soon for this.

Thanks for the patience EstateX fam, we’re almost done with this restructuring, and being able to lay out properties very fast and get the execution going.

🚨 IN-DEPTH PROGRESS UPDATE / UPCOMING MILESTONES 🚨

Hello EstateX family,

EstateX is going into a new phase, and I want to inform you all about it. Read this carefully, as it has a lot of exciting and important info. In the coming weeks we will introduce a lot of new stuff to shape the new way moving forward.

Step 1 is clarity around everything within the project. We launched Sky Villa’s with our partner FELS, we released the updated tokenomics in the Unicorn clubs, and will also share a new product roadmap next week.

NEW LEGAL FRAMEWORK
In the coming months we are focusing fully and only on product rollout. Our new legal framework has been finished and setup, this includes us moving away from the EU and focus on a more, sustainable worldwide approach while adhering to regional guidelines and compliance. Backed by legal opinions from qualified lawyers that will be shared soon. We move away from our presence in Germany and Luxembourg and will use a Wyoming DAO LLC structure. With this new structure we can launch properties in just a matter of days, very efficiently instead of months in the old structure.

The Wyoming DAO structure lets investors participate in this entity, and purchasing real estate together. By being compliant with EU & UK exemption laws we are fully compliant, backed by legal opinions, in every jurisdiction worldwide.

The tech changes for the EstateX investment platform are currently implemented by Graham and team, and after that the focus of the tech team and from Graham will be fully on the rollout of the ESX Blockchain, which is almost ready for full main net release, and Graham is working on this during the weekends. We expect in the coming weeks the platform to be rolled out & blockchain mainnet to go live. Furthermore some things we’ve been working on will be announced and an AMA going over all your questions will be held.

We are now pivoting from infrastructure building, to a non-stop execution phase. ALL DATES FOR RELEASE WILL BE ANNOUNCED EITHER END OF THE WEEK / EARLY NEXT WEEK. GRAHAM SORTING OUT LAST THINGS.

PROPERTY LAUNCHES
With this legal and technical process well underway, we are preparing for the rollout of the platform and pillars. You can expect a date for the platform payments opening up somewhere this week or the week after, when it’s exactly going to be will be a surprise. So make sure you’re ready for this big news event.

Which property(s) is/are going to be launched first will be a surprise. So make sure you keep an eye on the announcements the coming time. We think that you won’t be disappointed.

RWA PAD
With RWA Pad we will announce the next showcasing candidate soon. It’s all a matter of timing, for us and for the project. Rest assured that we have some bangers ready.

AI AGENT / AIESX
We have finished all developments, and are now implementing the final CRM, a massive database of properties to make this functional. This means we’re almost ready to release the beta, and go to market with the business model.

After this has been thoroughly tested and approved by the community, we will start picking dates for AIESX.

We have some more surprise announcements coming up in the next couple of weeks, which we’ll let you know more about soon. More exciting ways to participate with the company, the ecosystem, the results we plan on generating and more.
