@takenstheorem @RubenAlexand3r Thanks for reminding us to do this! We've just published the code here: https://t.co/gGbdSGHMZZ. You can try it out here: https://t.co/Tt5gwR9YL3.
It’s adorable to think that this little cat will live forever in the Ethereum blockchain, and has already been safely “backed up” on millions of machines around the world! https://t.co/Mk9Kq1Ke7z
I made a timeline that shows every NFT on Ethereum before @Crypto_Skulls.
I believe this indeed does makes CryptoSkulls the 2nd 10k pfp project ever (second to CryptoPunks) and possibly the second pfp NFT on Ethereum. 💀
Here's a reminder that CryptoSketches are stored 100% on-chain, inside the metadata of the blocks mined to create them. That really only works with vector-based art! https://t.co/htC7VAcV4F
@takenstheorem @RubenAlexand3r Nice analysis! The whole purpose was to get the full strokes into as little data as possible. Gas is expensive! Upside is that all the sketch data gets to live rent-free on Ethereum, with no other hosting needed—presumably indefinitely.
