Israel killed this little Palestinian girl in Gaza today.

They shot her while she was sitting in class inside a tent in Beit Lahia.

She was only 9 years old.

No headlines. No outrage. No condemnation.

She dreams of a simple childhood, full of play and laughter, but reality is harsher than her small dreams.

My wife and I do everything we can to keep her away from fear and terror…
We try to plant reassurance in her heart, even though the sounds of shelling and gunfire can be heard at any moment.

This has become our life…
Living each day in a frightening reality, trying to create moments of safety in the midst of all this fear.
