Wrote an email but now it's more than a week and no response yet. Customer care says email and email doesn't have any response. Really Disappointed and never booking from spicejet again after this. At least have humanity, water is a necessity.

My flight was delayed for more than 2 hours, upon asking no refreshment,good or water was provided. I even tried to purchase but your crew denied card/upi payments and told only cash payments are accepted currently. Who's responsible for this?
@dominos@dominos_india Heads up to customers if your order has any issue at dominos' pizza india, refunds may be pushed to their wallet with expiry and without your consent. Happened to me so please be aware. Thank you
Received wrong order from Domino's India.
Refund was forced into Domino’s wallet without consent and with expiry, instead of original payment.
Calling it “goodwill” doesn’t make it right. Complaint raised with NCH.

@Wowmomo4u It's been 48 hours and escalated the complaint 4 times and still no one contacted me. I have lodged a complaint on the consumer helpline. Worst experience

I ordered something and received it wrong so why did you transfer the refund to the wallet instead of the original payment method? I should order again to redeem my money plus the store doesn't have stock.
Just ordered from @dominos_india and received the wrong order. Raised a complaint and got a call from the manager he said they didn't have the stock so he'll refund me back.
But the issue is I got a refund in the app wallet without my knowledge I need it in my UPI back.

Had a really bad experience with @Wowmomo4u
Ordered a combo (6momo+2moburg+coke).
The restaurant called me and told me that they don't have moburg in stock and they'll add 4pc of extra momo (wow). After denying the offer they told me to cancel the order.
When I checked..

1 piece of momo was Missing
Moburg bun was very dry I couldn't even eat and very little sauce had and in that too 1 momo was missing.
I want to ask why they insisted that I cancel it if they had moburg? If they didn't how did I get them (bun was different)
