Holy shit the fact checkers don’t even see the irony…
This clip was purposely taken out of context after the JRE clips were taken out of context lol. The internet is undefeated.
Allow me to revise this tweet for you:
Aaron Rodgers spoke out against being forced to take the covid vaccine.
Colin Kaepernick compared playing in the NFL to slavery.
Only the US corporate media could take the person in this video, Joe Rogan, and claim he's a far-right figure.
It happens in part because most of Rogan's critics never watch his show, but also because the media purposely lies and uses "far-right" to malign everyone they dislike.
Canceling a popular podcaster for old episodes everyone knew about and enjoyed at the time (but which are suddenly ‘problematic’, meaning susceptible to cynical use in power games) is *almost* like a company firing an author for a bestselling book they once wrote. Almost.
Ok so if context doesn’t matter at all and when “misinformation” didn’t work to deplatform Joe Rogan so they resort to “he’s racist,” surely… surely the standards will apply equally on the usage of the N-word, correct?
