Here’s my dumb take post about why $ZEC is up:
1. Smooth brains who didn’t really understand what they invested in or what happened panic sold
2. Doom posters never held $ZEC or are part of the panic sold group
3. People taking a deep breath and sizing up the situation are buying or staying sidelined
Result = zillions
@AuvaultJim Free yourself from conspiracy theories. ZEC did this as a marketing stunt even though they had all the attention this bear run anyways …? 🤦🏻♂️ really think about how this marketing stunt would work, 4 years in the making knowing this exploit exists lol cmon bro
ORE is building Solana’s native store of value
@ORE brings proof-of-work mining fully onchain, generating ~$600K in weekly revenue, with 100% used for buybacks
So far ~900 daily miners powering an economy around mining, refining, and staking
Native store of value on @Solana ↓
@follis_@64s lol, it’s the other way. Do you think the exploiter both exploited and created enough liquidity to sell into a 20x? And then, it didn’t dump randomly. It dumped because of the discovered bug and uninformed posts like yours.
You’re missing a bunch of things.
- The bug was discovered by one of the most gigabrain people in the world hired to find exploits, which he did. And It wasn’t just one single Claude prompt. Def a disingenuous take to word it that way.
- The token supply of ZEC cannot be infinite. An attacker can’t sell 1 billion ZEC. Another take lacking nuance.
- ZEC got real interest from speculators yes, not that crazy to think. It’s called caching some wind, going viral, whatever you want to call it. Given the bear market and the narrative and lore behind zcash, not crazy to imagine.
- It’s up to you to decide if you think someone expoited over the 4 years, I don’t think anyone is expecting you to think one way or the other. If you do, I’d be curious what the evidence you see is.
Added some $ZEC at $365
IMO the bug being found and patched is actually very bullish for ZEC, and bearish for most of the rest of crypto - the reason is Mythos and other advanced AI will be able to find potential exploits in all crypto. ZEC just happens to be the one that has found and patched said exploit early, while most other projects haven't dealt with the issue yet.
1. Regarding deepweb usage, Monero has the first-mover advantage and the private-only transactions make it so no one can accidentally send a transparent transaction. Combined with “good enough” privacy is why it’s used more on deepweb, even though Zcash’s privacy is actually better.
2. Cabal, lol 🤦🏻♂️
@mert (i’m just joking. it’s true that we won’t know with absolute confidence but that’s just a technicality. practically we’ll know. and tbh we already know: it’s very very very unlikely that this was exploited)
